Cabin Rental
Large, two bedroom cabin located on dense wooded acreage in the Northern Mountains of Georgia.

90 minute drive to Atlanta and a bit less than 2 hours from the Atlanta airport.

Cabin has a 6 person outdoor hot tub overlooking river, Private river access on the Cartecay River, cable TV, Sony PlayStation II, DVD, secluded screened-in patio overlooking the river, and thousands of acres of beautiful mountain views.

Cabin can accommodate eight people.

It is located 5 minutes from Ellijay, 12 minutes from Jasper, 15 minutes from Amacalola Falls, and 25 minutes from Dahlonega as well as many other winter and summer attractions. Fully winterized, the cabin has both wood burning fireplace and electric heat. A fully equipped kitchen area includes a microwave, large refrigerator, and gas stove. Pet friendly accommodation.

There is NO HUNTING allowed on the property.

NO opened motor vehicles allowed including Dirt bikes,
 4 wheeler, go-carts or any form of ATV

All rentals are subject to a $150.00 security deposit.
• Weekend (2 nights): $340.00 (Winter weekend rate - Jan.5 to Mar. 31: $340.00)
• Weekly (7 nights): $1050.00
• 3-4-5-6 day stays: $340.00 for the first 2 nights; $170.00 each additional night.
 
 

Summer 2007 Rates (May 25 - September 29th)
• 2 night stay: $340.00

All rentals are subject to a $150.00 security deposit.
• 3 night stay: $510.00
• 4 night stay: $680.00
• 5 night stay: $850.00
• 6 night stay: $1020.00
• 7 night stay: $1190.00
 
 

Fall 2007 Rates (Sept 29th - November 10th)
• 2 night stay: $340.00

All rentals are subject to a $150.00 security deposit.

Refund Cancellation Policy:

50% refund for cancellations made 30 days prior to the first day of your reservation. No refunds made for cancellations made less than 30 days from the first day of your reservation.
